SOLVING A BROKEN LABOUR MARKET.
In a labour market being rapidly rewritten by AI, young people are struggling to get good jobs because they lack real experience and relevant skills, while companies need people who can use AI to get work done — but can't find or train them quickly enough.
Future Faculty’s bootcamp is designed to close that gap, by unlocking early-career potential using AI. Over 4 weeks, students learn vital skills in AI, operations, and design thinking - coupled with coaching on confidence and personal resilience - and apply them directly to briefs set by real employers.
Employer partners can then hire our best talent - and bring their new AI agents in-house.

EMPLOYER PARTNERS SET AI BRIEFS
Employer partners commission our stdents to work on real challenges—focused on using AI to scale, automate, or unlock growth. These briefs become the core of the bootcamp, ensuring every project is grounded in real business value, not theory.
RIGOROUS CAREER & AI TRAINING
Students are trained through our CODA framework: Character (how you show up), Operator (what you do), Designer (how you think), and Agent (how you deliver with AI). The focus is practical—building skills that translate directly into performance at work.
PITCH TO EMPLOYERS
Students present AI-led solutions directly to employer partners. Employers see how they think, build, and communicate—then take forward the ideas and hire the strongest talent, already proven on their own problems.
