Roshn Visionary Bootcamp

ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developer and PIF-owned giga-project, set up its Visionary Bootcamp to empower their staff to develop breakthrough new innovations for community- and sustainability-led new development projects. The programme aimed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within ROSHN, empowering employees to create and cultivate innovative solutions that can transform the business and lead to new opportunities for growth and expansion.

ROSHN engaged with Future Faculty to run a Lean Design hackathon at the start of the programme. Through an intensive and high-speed process led by Future Faculty, ROSHN teams developed a deep understanding of the problem they were solving and the needs of those they served, mapped creative ideas to their users' needs, created prototype , and tested and iterated their ideas.

20 teams made incredible process, prototyping new software and hardware solutions to challenge their core assumptions and evolve their initial ideas is rapid time.
